The saying, “use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without” was common in my family. I have a hard time throwing away large specialty fabric scraps, but also don’t really know what to do with them right away. The skirt is made with gauze, layered to make a fun Valentine’s Day skirt. The T-Shirt is made from knit, left over from making myself a shirt, I barely had enough to make a 2T. The leotard is leftover from making mermaid and shark tails last summer (also size 2T).
