I applied to be apart of the 7th annual Hyde park arts and crafts adventure, and I was accepted. This will be my first ever booth and I’m very excited. I have a small inventory of things that I have been trying to sell on etsy, but now that I have to fill a 5 x 10 space of stuff, I really need to get cracking on sewing things up. For a while I might just be posting pictures of things I’ve made that day. I won’t be updating my etsy shop, so if you see something you want, just send me an email and I can sell it to you instead of putting it in the ‘adventure’.
*what I started with before I was accepted.
I have 5 weeks to make enough stuff for this two day adventure. Between sewing lessons, being a wife and a mother and helping watch kids before a friend moves, I am only able to make one thing per day, usually.
If you have any suggestions of things to sell, I’m all ears. I’ve been mostly been working on boys and girls clothing type items, I need to start working on bags of sorts and other generic type things that are not size related.
I’m excited for this, but I’m also stressed about making enough product. Wish me luck and keep an eye out for updates of what I’m making.
