Okay, so it’s been one month since Husband and I have started our “become healthy” plan, by eating right and exercising regularly. I am proud to say that I have gotten rid of 2 inches off my belly (one of my biggest problem areas) and have lost 8 pounds! That’s 2 pounds a week!
Being on vacation I was worried I wouldn’t stick to that plan, but I’ve done pretty good, missed a few cardio days and over ate a few days, but I’m still losing weight and slimming down.
It’s so exciting and motivating to actually see progress, it makes me want to keep it up. I might even say that I enjoy exercising, but I don’t want to go that far just yet. 🙂
